How does a Free Listing work?
Most agents ask for a total of 6% of the sales price when they list your home. 3% for them and 3% for the buyer’s agent. I will list your home for free if you purchase your next home from me in back-to-back closings. You will need to offer the buyer agent commission when you sell your current home but you will not have to pay me any listing commission. That is a huge savings! When you close on your new home, the seller will pay my fee. You pay nothing on the purchase of a new home.

If you have already purchased your next home or are moving out of the area, I will list your home for 1% listing commission. You will have to offer the buyer’s agent commission. Instead of paying a total of 6 to 7% commission, you will pay a total of 3.5% to 4% of the sales price for the same or better service! Clients always ask me “what is the catch?”. There is no catch. There are no up-front costs and no hidden fees. It’s that simple.
